HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT

Management of Blastech Corporation is vitally interested in the health and safety of its employees and encourages employees to adopt a safe and healthy life style both on and off the job. Protection of employees from injury or occupational disease is a major continuing objective.

It is Blastech Corporation’s policy to make every effort to provide a safe and healthy work environment. To this end, every reasonable effort will be made to eliminate hazardous conditions and practices, thereby minimizing the possibilities of employee injuries and the resultant suffering of and loss of earnings.

Supervisors in charge of each department or location are responsible for the maintenance of safe work conditions and carrying out the safety program.

Every employee must perform their responsibilities in compliance with safety instructions, and safe work practices and regulations, to reduce the possibility of injury.

Production with safety is an attainable goal. The key to success lies in the willingness of every individual in this facility to recognize their responsibilities and actively support accident and injury prevention activities. Commitment to health and safety, both at work and at home, must form an integral part of this organization from the President to all employees.
